I was automatically charged for a whole year by this app. Please help me get my refund. i was still on a trial but when i cancelled my subscription, it says that i can use this app for 1 year, and was already charged for a whole year. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!🥺

The description said that it was FREE TRIAL for 3days but automatically deducted ₱1990 (1year) immediately just seconds after I clicked it. I have already cancelled the subscription. I DID NOT EVEN USED YOUR APP BECAUSE I UNSUBSCRIBED AND DELETED IT IMMEDIATELY AFTER THAT. Apple refused to refund and told me to go directly to my bank but the bank told me that they can’t do anything and just reach you out but you are not responding to my emails. NEVER DOWNLOAD THIS APP. THE NAME SHOULD BE CAMSCAMMER!!! I will edit my rating once you refund my money.
I was charged a premium subscription for this even though I have cancelled the subscription. Apple has declined my refund until I have no option to file it. They are not doing anything in their end. Please process a refund and I will edit my review.

Hi, while I appreciate the app and the convenience it offers, I have encountered a significant issue. The subscription fee (₱1990.00) was automatically deducted from my gcash account even after I deleted the app from my phone without unsubscribing. This unexpected charge has caused financial strain, as the funds were intended for more urgent and important needs. I’ve already contacted Apple Support regarding this, but they informed me that the subscription is not eligible for a refund and there was no invoice issued for it. Despite this, I am reaching out directly to your team in the hope that you can assist me more promptly. If this issue is resolved and I receive the refund, I would be more than happy to update my 1-star rating to a 5-star review, as I believe the app has great potential. I downloaded this app 3 days ago, I didn’t even used any of my email to register but it auto deducted 499 a week ? I didn’t want this subscription I need to get my money back!
