The app measures horizontally almost accurately.

Amazing Unbelievably correct

But I’m fearing that I need to pay every month.

The caveats of floor detection are not practical. They depend a lot on precise conditions of the floor. Even after 100% detection the pointers shift. You can’t rely 100% on the measurements and need to compare with manual measurements. Their support is more like an automated robot referring to the documents and videos, which have dozens of conditions (as I said impractical). Most ridiculously they don’t revert at all to a person who comes with a repeated complaint after finding the documentation useless.
