Automatic Subscription Instructions:
1. Service name: 6-month Plan(6 months);One Year Plan(1 year)
2. Price: cloud storage plan for 6 months product is $28.99, cloud storage plan for 1 year product is $29.99
3. For an account that purchases an automatic subscription service, we will automatically deduct the next period of fees within 24 hours from your iTunes account before the service expires, and extend the corresponding service content, service conditions and service period.
4. If you need to cancel the automatic subscription, please manually open the Apple phone "Settings"-->Enter "iTunes Store & App Store"-->Click "Apple ID", select "View Apple ID", enter the "Account Settings" page, click "Subscribe", select "Camtro" to cancel the subscription. If you do not close the automatic subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the subscription period, it will be deemed that you have agreed to continue the authorization, and the subscription will be automatically renewed.

The worst camera I’ve ever used. I paid £29.99 for storage until July 2026, and it worked fine at first, but now it’s telling me I need to buy more storage just because I’ve been on the camera for too long. That makes no sense.

Also, when someone is at my front door, I can’t hear them speaking through the camera at all, which completely defeats the purpose. I’ve tried contacting customer service multiple times, but it’s always a bot responding, which is extremely frustrating when you need real help.

Honestly, don’t waste your money on this.

£30 for a year , you can’t even look at the camera without paying, I paid for a year then cancelled the resubscribe to which it stopped me from using the doorbell services asking me to subscribe, sent a message to their support team which I received no reply so had to get a refund through apple, shouldn’t have to pay to look at the camera after paying for the product.

The picture is good for the price but it is very hit and miss! 
It doesn’t detect in the dark and seems to reset its settings on its own! 
Doesn’t detect cars driving on the drive and if i get out of the driving side out of the range won’t even pick up that a car is 5 yards away. 
So someone could literally park outside the door , get out driver side walk in and out my door then drive away without anyone knowing they were there! 
Not really fit for purpose.

Works for short time but then seems to require subscriptions so not the bargain it claims and now only part that works is the doorbell sound but not sure how long for. Make your own decision but for me it’s been a bit expensive for 8 weeks of satisfaction to end up with a doorbell button that rings outside house.

This camera worked well for what I wanted it for - live view of outside my door. And if you wanted to save videos you had to pay for a subscription- fair. However with no warning when opening the app today it WILL NOT let you live view without paying for a subscription?! This is outrageous I wouldn’t have bought it if that was the case. So essentially it’s useless unless you now pay, which is not what was originally sold!
