Good luck with this app trying to link 2 cards impossible. Even logging onto their main website still cannot link.

Went to go check if a payment went through, but I could not log in. It kept saying that no card was registered or there was a connectivity issue.

I travelling to Europe , can’t get to my online banking! it ask me for verification , but my cell phone off for roaming, CapitalOne had no other option to verify your self.

The app is constantly down for maintenance it’ll work for 10 minutes and then I close app go to open it again under maintenance

Locks you out. Change your info and it keeps you locked out.

No lock card option and no Apple Pay. Worst card

Cannot log into App. It’s been like this over over a year. Very frustrating because when it worked it was great. Support is helpless

You guys are horrible ; Takes weeks for payments to register Can’t Pay directly in app while other CC company you can. You lack innovation Get with the times

The app is a HUGE frustrating disappointment. It constantly locks you out, makes you call a rep who then can’t help solve the problem after telling you to uninstall it and reinstall it countless of times. The credit score is a failure with Capital one as well. Been paying twice a month and it gave me bad credit saying I never paid. The rep said she would try to fix it but I have to call the credit B. to have them fix the credit score that Capital one wrecked. The app is horrible and having the card made everything worse. Don’t get either of them.
