Excellent app, but it would be perfect if it had Zelle for business, it would help us more to receive payments and it would be easier.

My experience of Capital One has been exemplary. I have had nothing but outstanding customer service and quick easy repayments. I have received nothing but respect from the Capital One and have found the entire organization to be thoroughly reliable.

Can’t make online credit card payments, can’t use Zelle, called the bank to verify transactions/zelle and was told they can’t do it, their ATMs have taken money and not deposited it, local branches closing down, tried deleting and redownloading app, can’t see upcoming payments, I have to use the browser to do anything, capital one fell off

I’ve used the app for quite some time and although I find it relatively easy to use it NEEDS to have your RUNNING AVERAGE added to your activity screen. When I make payments or try to reconcile my purchases against my records, it would improve my experience vastly. This is available on a couple of other apps I use and it’s wonderful.

Would be really nice if one could see ATM locations without unlocking the app

1) No Two-Factor or similar type log-in security available; if anyone gets access to a laptop or phone and knows the password, they can login to a CapitalOne account. 2) You cannot set any alerts for money market accounts. If money is moved (or, anything else happens to your account), you would not know it right away. Ridicules! Both the above features or similar are available with any standard bank in the USA.

Please allow easier booking of travel packages/ and additional through the app. It seems to always want a computer to work properly and not from a phone through the app. Thanks

I misplaced my debit card so I froze it and ordered a new one. It came but it was a credit card, not a debit card. No instructions on how to get debit card. I have thousands of dollars wrapped up and no way to access it. Can’t find help anywhere! What a stupid situation!
