Internet access is needed to use the mobile app. Check with your Internet service provider for details of specific fees and charges. Service outages may occur. Capital One customers are responsible for regularly checking their account statements. Push, email, and SMS alerts and notifications, including purchase notifications, must be enabled to be received. CreditWise monitoring and alerts may not be available if the information you enter at enrollment does not match the information in your file at one or more consumer reporting agencies or you do not have a file at one or more consumer reporting agencies. A credit card app should allow you to quickly and easily view your transactions.  This isn’t the case with this app.  Discover had a far superior app.  Capital one is ruining the great business they acquired.  

The Capital One app is constantly trying to sell you something you don’t want.  I just don’t understand why this is highly rated.

Every time I try to make an online purchase with this card, I have to re-enter the card number several times, because they have to check if it’s really me, I also have to check the app, check my email, it’s annoying to the point that I won’t use this card for any online transactions.

I have a discover card that was switched over the capital one. The app is extremely helpful to keep up with payments. However the home page is so cluttered. There are way too many sections asking me to finish my sign up by setting things like autopay which i don’t want. I used the card and my daughter used the card for living expenses while she was away attending college.  The card was paid off every time she would charge something.  Then without any notice the cards were cancelled.  Those cards would very rarely carry a balance from one month to another.  Then out of the blue she attempted to use her card and it was declined.  I don’t understand why the account was suspended.
