For starters, the app is $29.99 for the year, not $19.99. This app seemed more legit compared to the other “CarPlay” ones but honestly it’s disappointing. The three windows that pull up: Apple Maps Apple Music Weather app (None can be rearranged, changed, etc) Maps seems to work for searching an address but then it just shows you a green line and that’s it. No turn by turn, no expected Time of arrival. No miles. It’s missing everything you would normally have when using Apple Maps GPS besides a highlighted route. I did end up going to Apple Maps itself and starting a GPS in hopes of it connecting to the CarPlay maps but it never worked. There is no integration between the two maps. Apple Music did work to my surprise but not well. For whatever reason, you can only play one song at a time and when it’s time to change a song, it pulls up a knock off looking Apple Music page (which comes up in Portrait mode…like what???) to then just allow you to play just one song again. There is no option to play a playlist, album, shuffle, etc. if you try to play a playlist, it will only play the song you choose and that’s it. The weather app, never worked. At first it told me I needed to turn on location services (which obviously iPhone makes you do when first booting up an app) Went to settings to turn it off and back on and now it doesn’t work at all. You have options on the side as well to switch to contacts, honestly, didn’t even bother trying to call anybody. It does show you contacts off to the left side of the screen and then a dial pad on the right side but with how disappointing and disconnected this app feels from working with you iPhone, I did not even bother to be try it. I’m usually easy going when reading comments, I don’t mind trying an app as long as your providing the experience I would be having on the stand alone apps but nothing seems to work as it would if I were to just use each app individually. To the developer, you have something very solid here! I hope this comment (unlike the others) can provide some good feedback and support. I will give props on how the layout really makes it look and feel like a CarPlay screen. Just work out the kinks and you’ll have an amazing app! At least worth the price you’re charging.

Only reason I subscribed was to connect to my cars screen. Waste of money.

I can’t use any of its features. It constantly takes me to the payment screen. 💰 The app has a hard paywall with nothing available for free!! This is not true
