An absolutely life changing app!!! 💖 I started tracking my food and hitting my macro targets so that I could increase my energy levels/stamina during the day (and the extra weight loss/body shaping was a welcome bonus!). I needed an app that would guide me pretty closely as I knew nothing about macros and was starting from zero. I genuinely thought I’d only use the app for a month while I learned about the macro (+ fiber) breakdown of my meals, how to design my food intake plan etc. BUT, I’ve been loving it so much, I’m definitely going to continue! My favourite part about it is that it motivates me to eat enough, even when I don’t have an appetite sometimes! Coming up with my meal plan during each day feels like a fun puzzle to solve & makes me feel so grateful and excited to eat each food item! 🍲 Oh & one last thing — I always had this idea that in order to ‘fix my diet’, I had to change WHAT I was eating. This app has completely challenged that notion and showed me it’s not WHAT but HOW I eat my favourite foods. Because of this, no part of this process has felt restrictive or verging on ED territory at all (which was my initial trepidation with tracking). Thank you to everyone involved!!!!!! 💐💐💐
