Cardi Health: Heart Health App

Was using it as for my BP is very high and I am talking quite alot of meds. Works fine !

This app is very limited in its customizations. The app generated a meal plan for 1200 calories a day with no ability to adjust the amount of calories. The workouts are elementary and you can find better options with a simple google search. Seems more like a task reminder app, which you can find for a lot less money.

I had asked for a refund because this was accidentally purchased by one of my kids. I asked minutes after I found out about the purchase and they did not respond to me until four days later just to tell me oh we only give you 24 hours and it’s on a case by case situation this is ridiculous. How can you do that to somebody when it was an accident? Yes, I understand. I have kids that playing on my phones, but everybody has had an issue with their kids either purchased something on their phone for this company to say we can give you a refund even though I reached out minutes after it happened, I would not recommend this.

I cancelled on the app and received an email confirming. They then charged my CC anyway. Then claimed the only way to cancel is to send an email. I provided the confirm from the app and again they deny you can cancel that way.

Did not provide what was advertised, they just wanted to pass along recipes. I requested a refund and cancellation after 2 days, they cancelled but Refused to refund.

Such an easy app to use with yummy recipes that are easy to make! The shopping list it provides is wonderful!

As others have mentioned, this app is not worth the cost. The meal plan is not at all customizable as they advertise. There is no way to search for specific meals or ingredients, and no way to repeat meals throughout a week. Therefore, they’re providing 28-35 unique meals each week with unique ingredients. Extremely impractical. I wish I had read these reviews before subscribing. I also made the error of testing the app out for a few days to then be told they only refund within 24 hours. Such a joke, terrible customer service approach. Note to Cardi.Health - adjust your refund policy, please. Instead of taking advantage of people who are looking to improve their health.

The blood pressure cuff that is linked to my cell phone is accurate and I have documentation for doctor to see.

This app is not what I expected. I can’t get past the menus. After purchasing for 6 months I thought that it should be better than the free apps I had tried before. I wanted to follow their program but found first that their meals aren’t interchangeable, which means that you can’t double lunch and have it for dinner nor can you have breakfast for lunch, etc. You also couldn’t enter an alternative meal so no way to keep track of your calories. I wouldn’t know about the rest of the app as this was as far as I got before being turned against it.
