I loved the app, very intuitive and easy and quick to choose a car the way and the way I want and with the best prices I've ever seen where I live! Congratulations to the developers, I highly recommend it to friends.

Great app, able to find the best prices on car rentals in any area I need to.
Was not able to rent a car form the provider, Carla refused to give me a refund and are now holding my funds captive. I can’t rent from any of their providers and now I’m out of $400. They are thieves do not use this platform. They will respond and say customer service will be happy to help but I already talked with them for weeks. Again they are thieves who hide behind shady policies. If you don’t receive a product due to faults of the rental company I should be refunded.
You are reeled in by the low rental car prices but at checkout the fees don’t make since.

*pulled this from an email correspondence. Bottom line don’t waste your time, there are better options. The more I think about this the more I feel like Carla should look into the issues on their end and to not be quick to point fingers and shift blame. They likely need to do more QA on thei app. Let me start with I have to pay $7,000 to have my engine replaced, so I needed a rental for a few days. In reviewing my options online I came across a Carla as an app that accepts Paypal. I download the app and found something I was satisfied with first a rental. I provide my information and try to pay and it doesn’t take my paypal info. I try using apple pay and it does something similar to what happened with paypal. Though it looks like I got charged, I never got!confirmation from the app or through automated email. I was charged $73.74, $19.20 and another $19.00. I was charged and I didn’t even know I had a reservation. The only confirmation I got was from the first Carla rep that responded. I showed up on time at 4pm and after I gave the agent my information I was told that they had no cars available. I asked this question multiple times and was told the same thing each time. No cars available even with a reservation. That’s the funny part to me it as the front desk agent seemed more surprised that I would have a reservation at all, but all she could tell me is that they had no cars only minivans. At this point I had to catch uber to an Enterprise down the street. Luckily they had a few vehicles available and I was able to get to work the following day. That’s when I start emailing Carla reps about my refund and the first thing that stands out is a lack of empathy and finger pointing at the rental company. This isn’t only about the money you charged me and haven’t yet returned to me. I dropped $7k to have my engine done, I had to have $500 on reserve to get the rental from Enterprise. This is about the relationship I have with people whom I don’t want to be taken advantage of by companies who put profits over people. At what point does someone from Carla set the expectations with the customer for the process is as it relates to a bad experience and refunds? I had to point that out to the reps. **Update - after I submitted my review and opened a BBB complaint, customer setvice contacted me to issue a refund.
