Jag köpte 1 års prenumeration via apple wallet med ett mejl konto som fungerar bra. 

Får ett mejl två dagar senare om att licensen ligger på ett annat mejl (mitt andra mejl) jag försöker då logga in men lyckas inte logga in så jag "glömmer lösenordet" då sägs det att återställning skickas till mitt mejl vilket det inte gör.  Jag kontaktade kundtjänst som  hänvisa mig till ett annat formulär och nu två veckor senare inget svar från dem. 

Detta bolag anses vara otroligt oseriösa när väl problem som dessa uppstår, de tar inte ansvar.

Värst av allt är att jag betalade med rätt mejl adress hur i helsike registreras min licens på ett annat mejl. ?!   Lurendrejar bolag.  Köp med egen risk att få grisen i säcken.

750kr för adaptern och 1100kr per år för o kunna läsa och radera felkoder. Smartmechanic var inte bra heller fick aldrig fram nåt vettigt/användbart. För att säga upp abonnemanget måste du ta de igenom deras support som dock var snabb med o hjälpa till men för att rasera kontot kunde man göra de igenom appen. Kan inte kolla felkoder ordentligt på volvo bilar. Finns så många fler felkods läsnings produkter för billigare peng som är bättre.

Kommer inte köpa de igen och rekommenderar inte till någon!

Changes terms without notice. Had Carly for a number of my BMWs in 10-ish years and suddenly my bought ”eternal licenses” are rewoked. Next to criminal behaviour  :(

On top of this their so called Customer support is a maze of templates to fill in and a working solution is never presented.

I was really impressed with the app, but unfortunately, the pricing model is where it falls short. Paying 1000 Swedish krona for a year-long subscription feels excessive when I'll likely only use it 3-6 times annually. It's hard to justify the cost. I wish they offered a 7-day subscription option at a more reasonable price. Until then, I'll have to look elsewhere for a more affordable solution."

Nu fått en faktura på 1661:- p.g.a. "Automatic yearly renewal" som aldrig tidigare nämnts. Supporten vägrar hjälpa till med att lösa mitt önskemål om att radera kontot och häva fakturan då appen aldrig används.

Mycket mer nöjd med konkurrenten OBDEleven som hade en engångskostnad och erbjuder alla kodningsfunktioner du kan tänka dig - Vilket jag även lät Carly få veta (men det ignorerades givetvis).

Har haft Carly ett antal år och fick problem med gamla originaladaptern, kunde inte göra en enkel service reset. Skrev till supporten och efter en kort brevväxling skickade de en ny adapter, som var av nyare typ och med bättre funktion, bl.a. har det gått ifrån Wi-Fi till bluetooth. Detta gör att man kan uppdatera adaptern och kommunicera med Carly fastän man har igång appen och kontakt med bilen. Dessutom upplever jag adaptern som snabbare och säkrare i kommunikationen. Har ej provat nån konkurrent, men är i nuläget helnöjd med Carly, deras support och det den nya appen/adaptern presterar.
