Super fast maintenance bookmarking and alerting for your car. Never forget about your car, ever again!
Add one or several cars, add your events, set a reminder (or don't, if you just want to use the app as a bookmarking tool), tuck the app in a folder to save space and voilà: you'll be alerted just in time for the event.
Several options for the alert time: on the day of the event, one day, one week or one month before the event.
The app comes with a list of autocomplete suggestions for events, which updates itself dynamically when adding events: if the event name doesn't exist in the list, it is added. You can delete suggestions by going to Settings -> Autocomplete
For the best experience, I recommend setting the Alert Style of Carminder to "Alerts" in Settings -> Notifications.
Kept in sync on all your devices via iCloud.

One of my favourite apps
A very useful app to store significant events about my family’s cars such as tax, mot and insurance and receive reminders of when renewals are due. Unfortunately it stopped syncing between devices after installing ios14 because the database file became corrupted. It was necessary to delete the database file from iCloud, reinstall the apps on all devices and finally manually re-enter all the car and event details. At least it working again now and I can once again rely on its notifications.
Don’t waste money on the apps
I purchase Car Minder app it stopped working I will never buy apps from Apple store again PLEASE CALL APPLE AND GET YOUR MONEY BACK
Worthless
Don’t waste your time with this app. Used to have the old app which was very user friendly until it stopped working after an iOS update. My experience is the same as everyone else - lost all my logs. The app is garbage.
What happened to the old Car Minder App?
My old Car Minder App no longer works ever since new IOS version was updated. The developer need to update it to work with new IOS. I have roughly 10 years of car maintenance information on 4 vehicles that I longer have access to. This is frustrating. I wouldn’t trust putting your information here.
Fraud
This is not the original Car Minder App that was so perfect for what it was designed to do.
Terrible app
Lost all data when Apple updated iOS. Developer is 3rd party and won’t update to latest version ridiculous waste of time and money.
They’re not professionals
Developers have to update the previous version because we lost all our datas when apple changed ios versions.
Old app
I have been using the old app for years. Now I can’t see my info for maintenance on all my cars. I would pay $2, but i need my info ported over. Obviously I can’t. 3 stars cause the old one was great
Will not work with future Apple updates
Apple says this will not work with their next update. Does anyone have a recommendation for a replacement App..... please
