They have good quality parts, and they have most of the things you are looking for. However the shipping is super expensive, they charge you to ship each item. They say they’ll get here on certain day and they’ll get here a week later. Have never gotten a package on the day they say will get here.

I bought a radiator for a 1996 Chevy Silverado waited two days for it and got a email from fedex saying that they damaged the radiator out and sent it back cool I get it so I call car parts.com and let them know I want a replacement and they tell me that they will send me one and it would be here in two to three business days it never came and I got a email saying it got dropped off at my house but when I look at where it got dropped off at it said Virginia and live in ohio so I call back and ask what the situation is and can I just get a refund the lady said yes I could I would just have to wait for the package to get to my house and send it back cool but I still never got the package and I was trying to tell her that but she just kept putting me on hold for 30 minutes and then hung up on me wouldn’t recommend this company just got to autozone or advance

I have never bought any of my car parts online before but from now on they will always have my business

List of name brand to after market parts cut out the middle man (oreilys auto zone) shipping is also pretty quick right to your door.

Never received my package and they said theirs nothing they can do about it they won’t give me a refund or store credit so ima giving ROCKAUTO one stare and a 👎will not be using this app again

When the page loads the option to sect the year of the car doesn’t open. When typing a search into the top search field and pressing Return, nothing happens!

I was out of the country for months came back took auto part I ordered to my mechanic one look at it and he said it did not fit although car parts “guaranteed match” the part to my vehicle. I now fill out a refund and they say since it’s pass 60 days I can not get it. Now I’m stuck with a part that DOES NOT fit my car although they said it did. Never buying from them again!

Every order I’ve put in with this company was delayed, and shipping wasn’t cheap. Back to going to the “local” auto parts big box store. Unremarkable.
