The workouts are great for anyone, and the user can adjust time limits to suit their general fitness more. It definitely pushes you to the limit, but to the point where you want to do it again. The commentary throughout keeps you invested and makes your time spent working out more enjoyable. Really gives some high school gym circuit vibes.
