Version 3.26.1 has fully resolved the crashing issue I experienced with Ver 3.26.0 and I am updating my review to 5 stars. My prior review follows: (All was well on my iPad using the older version 3.25.1  - With Version 3.26.0, Bill Pay will crash and close the app when any payee is selected to make a payment. This only occurs on this new version and  it has been reported online by others as well. If you still have Version 3.25.1, do not update until they fix this issue. I have latest IOS 18.6 installed so this may be a bug/conflict with this new version not working properly with the current IOS. Be warned!)

Had to use this bank for a car payment and every step of the way felt like there were unnecessary barriers in the way. Why do I have to go through so many hoops to add an external account just so I can make a payment. You’d think they’d want me to be able to pay them. The FAQ page was extremely vague and unhelpful. If you can use any other bank I’d recommend it.
