Why is it that this app shows session expired when you just logged in? Also the server is always down, someone should fix this

How can a large financial institution online banking system down for almost a week even function?

Works like a charm! Been using it for more than five years.

It always tell me incorrect userid/password. I’m able to login naman sa actual website using same credentials.

The worst banking app I’ve ever used. I love the services of this bank except for this application/software. Sessikns are always timed out, says multiple sessions active.

I’ve been trying to setup my mobile app and I end up stuck waiting for the OAC to be sent to my email address. I already called the branch to confirm that the registered email address is correct. Calling the hotline always fail. This app has a long way to go. Should not have went live in the first place.

This is the first time I encountered this mobile app that always have tech issues or maintenance. The fact that they dont give out notice before having their system down is very disappointing!

Just want to ask why the mobile app always encounters session conflict. I can’t use it properly. Checked app if thera an update but there is not. Got a stable internet connection also. What should i do… Thank you
