I hadn’t spoken Hindi in YEARS and practicing the mock test dialogues (with answers) was 90% of my preparation. I’d strongly recommend using the answers portion of this app (of the mock tests) and translating and reading the script side by side to see what mistakes you could be making. To be honest I didn’t really use the vocabulary list as it was quite overwhelming but I did memorise a couple of words I thought were important. I did not have much time to prepare. I just attended Rinni’s classes for a month plus. Initially I was taking notes and missing words while translation. Then she introduced visualisation contextual technique which is a perfect tool for this test. This technique can be taught by anyone elsewhere, but what is unique in Rinni’s style is she has all the patience in the world, she knows who needs more help, and she works accordingly with those identified students. But the icing on the cake is, she encourages her students like no one else in this business. Guys even if you have practiced your translation for a long time, this exam is all about being confident. Apart from translation practice, she worked on being confident and other technicalities were taken care by her. Even at the time of exam, she provided with me with some technical support.
