Used to be able to get information from the app. This changed some two weeks ago. Can’t access any case related information as done previously.

This app is not functional.
App not working
The search field does not display any information entered which makes it impossible to track a case/case number. And then the app keeps shutting down. Totally unusable. Please fix.
