The CCMC Central app is an easy and user friendly citizen centric service interface. This is a one stop App for citizens of Coimbaotre to seek redressal of their grievances about any of the following departments
a) Water Resources Department
b) Streetlights Department
c) Sanitation Department
d) Drainage Department
e) Roads Department
f) Waste Management Department
g) Any other department under the purview of CCMC
After registering a grievance, you will be able to
- Track Grievances: Track the status of grievances posted by you
- Provide Feedback: Provide your feedback about the entire experience and we are happy to help you in case you aren't satisfied with the solution.

ABSURD AND USELESS CCMC !
I wonder why CCMC has brought out this app since from day 1 it has not been functioning! Please either rectify or remove this.
Not usable anymore
This app was once useful for raising queries. Not anymore. I don’t know if it was intentionally deactivated since people are complaining through it for street lights and broken road etc. I’m unable to login this app with OTP and doesn’t work anymore. If my review happens to be seen by authorities, kindly do the needful and test it from your side because what’s the point of this app if it is not useful to citizens.
Just an eye wash app

Most of the times the app does not work. What is the use of it?

So many bugs squashed frequently.. Not at all working any time

App goes to background mode whenever I select any option.. does r work properly

App exits when I go to see the status of grievances.look into it pls
App getting closed
When we select the department, the app is being closed automatically. Any solutions
Functioning of App
Absolutely useless app. Not able to register complaints at all. The app simply disappears on touching the Department. Make it user friendly.
