Said they'd add it to my bill and then halfway through my holiday, barred my number because I 'didn't have sufficient credit' even though I'd applied for my credit to be increased before the holiday. But then on the app, the Total Due still reads 0.00RM, so there's no option to pay it off. I ordered 30 days of internet and it was blocked after 7 days. No doubt I'll still be charged the full amount. Their customer service hotline is useless and can't do anything, and you have to sit through loads of annoying adverts before you even get to speak to someone. Absolute joke of a service.
