The app is easy to use but has next to no information for me. My spouse is our primary subscriber so that might explain why, but I can’t see anything about our deductible and how much has been met, or other totals. It’s very bare bones and lacks any real substance. Even if my husband is the subscriber, as an adult I should be able to see those totals as well. Obviously not his claims, but the deductible progress is so basic. I love the company and their philosophy but the website and app is essentially useless unless you’re the subscriber and that’s very annoying.

Update - Thanks for the response, Centivo Team! I am now able to see my totals and some more information that makes the app much more useful.

I love my Centivo app! I have easy access to my ID card and can find a doctor in the in-app directory. I can also see referrals from my primary care physician instantaneously and get questions answered about my coverage and claims via chat with a representative. So quick and so easy. Can’t say this enough, keep making healthcare easier Centivo, because it’s working!

For iphone xr, if you hit the search button the search bar will hide all the way at the top of the phone with no way of typing into it. Cant go back from one screen to the other one. This is ridiculous

I have notified IT multiple times asking for help. I cannot look at more than one item in the without being kicked off and needing to sign back in. My deductible bar has not changed at all over the last 8 months of being part of this insurance company despite paying multiple bills on time so I’m not sure if that’s the app not updating properly or if Centivo as a whole is a scam. Who doesn’t have a member website sign on nowadays? Especially if their app is so worthless.
