### ***** "A Centr segítségével az edzés faék egyszerűvé válik (már ami az agyalást illeti)"
Nagyon sok edzés appot kipróbáltam és mindig az volt, hogy valahol tudtam követni az edzéseket útmutatókkal, egy másikba voltak talán használható receptek és egy harmadikba pedig rögzíteni tudtam a fejlődésem.

A Centr ezt faék egyszerűvé teszi és brutál jó edzések vannak benne.

Az egészet a céljaidra tudod szabni és az erősségedhez igazítani. Nekem nagyon bejön.

Bár még nem lettem tőle Thor 🔨, de nagyon nem tudsz mellé nyúlni, ha olyan edzőid lesznek akik Christ is Thorrá tudják gyúrni.

Ha pedig hülyének néznek az edzőteremben mikor Da Rulk eszéseit nyomod, akkor ne is foglalkozz velük. 😂
