Ordered a sandwich from the grand parade Centra. When I went for collection, the store employees (including the manager) was completely unaware that such an app exists and they did not receive the order at all! They were only having collection orders through deliveroo! The musgrave team really need to market this app more and make it more user efficient. The interface is not user friendly at all. I wonder whether they did proper UAT before releasing the app! Disappointed 💔

Though my closest Centra is only 100 yard away, it tells me it's in Rathoath which is 40km away? And using the map makes it even a bigger insult. I can locate my Centra but I've no way of chosing it. Not worth the download. Rushed app to cash in on these strange days. Deleted.

Good but isn’t accurate when it comes to locatinng the nearest Centra. Doesn’t recognise my local Centra in Ballylongford - says the nearest one is Killarney.
