Balance Delays
The app has improved over the years but one issue remains as a source of frustration. There are times where a scheduled bill will be removed from that list. It will also not show as pending and the amount is not removed from balance to affect available balance. This “balance delay” is frustrating as it can delay at times for several days. This can cause close calls in managing cash flow and keeping a positive balance. I understand delays in payments taking time to hit the account but when a scheduled bill leaves that list it should immediately be taken out of available balance until it hits the actual balance. I really don’t like this issue to the level of considering a bank change.
