Notification badge problem for 6 months

Can't login using this App. Can igive it a zero?

Before this last update, I would have given this app 5 stars, but it is ineffectual now. They took a perfectly usable app and turned it into a dummy app. The only thing you can do now is pay your bill. I can no longer access the info I need, and it leads me in circles. I preferred the old unmodified app much better and found it 100 % more useful.

Is there an option to transfer your service online? I try to do it on mac and its telling me I can on app so I downloaded the app.. clicking the transfer/closed but nothing is halpening

Please add the feature to schedule a future payment. That will cut down on late payments for you as well.

Normally it’s not a big deal. But we lose power all of the time. 4 times last month. On our 3rd time this month as I write this. It’s the same problem each time. Just fix it. App is about as good as the service.

When I press to report a power outage, it won’t let me select if my power is out or not. Since I can’t select that, I can’t report an outage.

The app is simple design, easy to use, and displays usage, alerts subscriptions and save payment profiles. I believe the other reviewers need to retry or call EMC to check their account details.
