Have used other apps from same guy &this is my second favourite, pain killer being the one I use most. Have been through massive emotional trauma this week &not had time to properly work on healing myself...used something to cut cords yesterday and just finished a complete chakra balance session,,,wow could literally feel the energies being released from stuck chakras and feeling do much better now!!!!!!!! I have tried this only twice so far, first I used the cleanse for 5 minutes and then the root to crown. Day one I could feel each chakra tingle as it responded to the frequencies and a sense if calm flow over me
Day two I set I. A louder volume which seemed to work better, a great sense of peace and tranquility. 
A great app, you really can feel it working!!
The only thing I don't like is the transition between the the chakra frequencies, it jerks you into the next and is quite unpleasant, a nice subtle flow between them would be much better.
