Every time i am looking to book a room, they are the cheapest and quickest site to book on.

Wondering why this app is called CheapTickets when it is way more expensive than their mother ship Expedia and any other travel apps. Also impossible to change the default currency from US dollars. Be careful you might have a bit surprise on your credit card when you get your statement …

Though I am in Canada the prices were in American dollars but I did only realized once I paid so that I had to cancel my booking cause it was much too expensive. Air Canada immediately refund me (I canceled 10 minutes after buying) but I’m still waiting for Still for Porter Airlines to refund me the transaction was made the 29 June. I hope I won’t have to engage in an endless pursue to get my money back. Misleading information Difficult to change my own parameters Not at all happy about it

There are better more affordable apps than this one. When you call and try to speak to customer service you can’t talk to anyone. The problem you do speak are stupid unhelpful. I encourage you to not waste your MONEY or time with this useless app.

I purchased ticket to fly to Atlanta to meet my grandson for the first time. COVID hit, it as not safe to fly, we all thought. I purchased travel insurance which is basically worthless and since I cancelled my flight I’m only untitled to a travel voucher. I haven’t flown in 30 years and never will again.

Just don’t use this app to buy flight! I have the worst experience of all with this compagny. Nobody said the same thing and they really don’t want to help you. Cheapticket= Cheapservice 👎🏻

Caught in international destination during covid recall, impossible to contact these people. Tried hundreds of times over two weeks to change return flight. Don’t use Expedia’s Cheap Tickets if you want any after the deal communication
