## Check Description
Check is jouw makkelijkste weg in de stad.
Met elektrische deelscooters, deelfietsen en deelauto’s ben jij altijd snel op je bestemming. Niet van jou, maar voor jou. Er staat er altijd een Check bij jou in de buurt. Vind een scooter, fiets of auto in de app en binnen 30 seconden ben je onderweg. Dat is makkelijk, fijn en handig. En verantwoord.
Dat is vrijheid. Zo maken we de stad samen leefbaar.

Zo gebruik je een Check.
Een Check pakken is makkelijk. Zo werkt het:
• Open de app en klik op een Check om deze te reserveren.
• Ontgrendel met je Check-app en start je rit.
• Einde rit? Parkeer netjes en klik op beëindigen.

Zo maak je een account.
Gebruik je Check voor de eerste keer? Een account aanmaken is heel simpel. Download de app en maak een account aan. Zorg dat je je rijbewijs (type B) bij de hand hebt en binnen een paar minuten ben je onderweg.

Scooter pakken
• Scooters zijn vrijheid. Laat hem overal binnen het servicegebied van de stad achter.
• Van stad naar stad? Dat kan tussen Rotterdam, Den Haag en Delft.
• Veiligheid voorop. Alle scooters zijn uitgerust met verplichte helmen. Draag er altijd een.

Auto pakken
• Bespaar op je ritten en koop een pas van 4, 12 of 24 uur.
• Neem de auto door heel Nederland, maar breng hem altijd terug naar de vertrekzone.

Gratis rijden? Check de tips.
• Nodig jouw vrienden uit met je persoonlijke code en verdien €5 of meer
• Parkeer netjes en vind Gouden Checks en spaar zo Coins voor extra rijminuten

Een werkende scooter vinden is niet gemakkelijk. Dat vind ik best jammer, want je wilt er op kunnen  bouwen wanneer nodig. Net een scooter rit moeten beëindigen omdat scooter ermee stopt. En de app stuurt je elke keer reklame. Waarvoor doet check dat als je scooters toch niet werken.

Its so common to have a ride and see the bike is broken, just in a months I had 3 horrible cases, last time I found a bike which was supposed to have 45km/h speed but mine never exceeded 19km/h (I hope this is not their strategy to charge people more since the price is a function of the time you ride and not the distance). Another time the lights were fully broken and halfway through my travel I should have stopped which is so dangerous and has consequences in netherlands. I left them reports but no one even replied my feedback. I Never recommend this app for their irresponsibility.

I tried to take a check scooter for a short ride. The left mirror was broken which was dangerous. As I tried to fix it the scooter started beeping and went into “mode 3”, becoming unresponsive. I had to manually ride it to a service area, which was incorrectly calculated in the app. I tried to contact support, but there was only a chat which responded extremely slowly. What a waste of time and money. Embarrassing!
