I’ve been using this app for several years now and it’s absolutely fantastic. There are always lots of offers to try products free or at a reduced cost. You have to purchase the item and then claim the money back. It’s normally really quick to upload and get it approved but I think you have to have £5 in your pot before you can request the funds that take about a week to process into your account. I’ve tried so many products I wouldn’t normally have!

Most of the products are stuff few people would buy. Guess they didn’t want to pay out.

Accumulated a large amount and now they have stopped payment. Have emailed Customer Service. No reply yet disappointing.

Morrisons down have a barcode so can’t scan and app won’t let you add manually. Doesn’t work

I can’t give a full review yet because I just downloaded it but I tried so many times now and it doesn’t scan the barcode on my receipt no matter how many times I try.

Have tried to request a cash out with a balance close to £100 and received a generic email that I have “breached their terms” - with a list of generic terms which I know I haven’t breached. Very disappointed after having used the app for years, have repeatedly recommended it to friends/family because of how much I saved. There are several Trust Pilot reviews stating the same issue. The email noted that I can attempt a cash out again for payment next week, I have done this and will update my review/rating accordingly if that is successful. In the meantime I’m going to pause buying products on the app incase my payment is withheld, I can’t afford to pay full price for these products.

This app is great, there is often free items which I always try to get even if it’s not something I eat as I just pop them in the donation trolleys in store. Lots of offers on the app which change on a regular basis. Only cons are sometimes the items don’t scan through properly but customer service are good. Leaving reviews seems to be glitchy. Despite this I highly recommend getting the app

We have been with these from beginning of 2017 sent receipts every week for items, now because we forgot to do some reviews in last couple of weeks we have been removed and downgraded as a punishment. So now it looks like we don’t get any free items to test or good discounts because of this, we use to get £10 daily wins but have not won any for years now, so if anyone joins make sure you do reviews or they won’t accept any loyalty and remove you so after setting up account for Asda Tesco, Morrison they longer exist, very poor as did do nearly all reviews but due to hospital visits forgot one review as far as I could see. They said might get back in time but will have to wait on a list for it?. This means never as list must be massive now.

The app recently has not worked, so I was unable to leave reviews, this led to me being removed from the RRP program despite it being an issue with the app.

I’ve been using the app for a couple of years now and really like it. When it works it’s great. Unfortunately I haven’t been able to cash out for months though, not sure if it’s a glitch but it undoes my request every week or two. customer services don’t respond, so beware, you might not be able to get to your money!
