3 separate experiences of transactions not being tracked, with 60+ mins of emailing to try to sort it out to be told that they can’t find it - a total of $30 of cashbacks not paid. Don’t waste your time with it - use another cashback service. Now the developer has said ‘please contact us to rectify this’ - clearly they haven’t even read the review stating I have been emailing over a period of months. A waste of everyone’s time

I couldn’t get it to confirm my identity or whatever it was called for ages and when I finally got into it, it didn’t show me any points / rewards despite having spent thousands on childcare at that centre. I have since moved centres and under a different reward system that is great.

I like that my loyalty cards to retailers are also linked have enjoyed shopping.

Have been trying to sign up for months now as it’s been added to my childrens Childcare Centre and will not let me. Gets to the verification code for mobile number and nothing gets sent. Absolutely ridiculous.

I’ve entered my details countless of times and it says it will send a 6 digit verification code to my ph… but it doesn’t. Please fix. I was really excited to check this out.

Sounds great, was looking forward to the release and downloaded it from the link my child care sent me. Upon registering it says ‘if you have been referred by another user… State code below’ I wasn’t and don’t have a code so I left blank… and that’s not acceptable?! Sooooo turns out you can’t sign up unless you have a referral code? Ridiculous!
