Would also love the option to just buy the skillet queso by itself instead of having to get the chips & skillet queso. Would love to use my free chips & salsa coupon and then add skillet queso as a side. At the restaurant you can order the chips & skillet queso and they’ll apply the free chips & salsa coupon to that so you’re just paying for the queso. Face ID would be a nice addition as well. For rewards, why can you not redeem the Free Chips & Salsa when ordering queso or guac? The Free Chips & Salsa reward should be able to at least take a discount off one of those appetizers. Or make just single a side of queso or guac available so then I can redeem a chips & salsa appetizer. Your prices seem a bit high, but we love our Chili’s Bartenders, Server’s, and Managers. It seems all of the staff love working for you, and us. I should have given up sooner. The next time, I will just give up the first time it signs me out while entering my order. I don’t have time for this.
