The tracking shows it has been at the airport for some time, while customer service has not provided clear updates. Unfortunately, this delay affected my ability to use the items as planned. I also requested that a separate order be held at the warehouse, but it was sent for delivery and I was charged delivery fees. The only replies I received were vague statements like “we hope it arrives soon” or “we don’t know when it will arrive.” Once the shipment finally arrived, delivery was also delayed and handled very poorly. Overall, the entire experience was frustrating and unacceptable.
