Very useful to understand cholesterol
When my doctor told me that I have to watch my cholesterol levels, I didn’t really know how I should approach that and how much cholesterol I’m actually taking in. This app is helping me with exactly this. I log my food intake and it tells me how much cholesterol is in each item and ingredient. That helps me cut out problematic foods or at least reduce them. It even gives you nice statistics to see how you’re doing day by day. Hard to believe that’s all the effort on an indie developer. Good Job!
