I had this playing my whole labour and it was a blessing. It truly helps you relax and get into your ‘bubble’. The affirmations also helped me during transition period when I thought I could t get through the pain (unmedicated) and she said “surrender” and it reminded me. I made it through and had a beautiful birth experience. Using it again for my second birth.

Honestly this app has been such a God send throughout this pregnancy! I am so excited to use it for upcoming birth! I used the early relaxation tracks for first tri fatigue & it was really helpful to get me out of feeling sorry for myself! I was able to enjoy the relaxation! For the last 2 or so months of this pregnancy I have popped headphones in while going to bed & there is never a night it doesn’t put me to sleep! 😆 absolutely love that it’s downloaded so I can pop my phone on aeroplane mode but still have it playing! What a beautiful creation! Thank you 🙏🙏🙏💖

This app is simple and easy to use and makes it so easy to get into a deeply relaxed state. It is extremely calming and relaxing and so lovely to hear the bible verses and prayers and helps to draw you closer to God. I’m so glad I found this resource and I love using it for my rest each day during pregnancy and also as preparation for my labour.

I downloaded the app only to uninstall it 5 minutes later. Very basic app, not many benefits other than a few free tracks, the option to create a birth playlist (which you could do on any other platform) and discount codes. Cool. I’ll stick with Spotify thanks.

This app has been great. Giving me peace in reminding me of God’s faithfulness. Only started using it a few days ago but will definitely keep using it until birth and maybe even after. It helped with falling asleep again.

This app was incredibly helpful through pregnancy, labour and postpartum. I could not recommend it enough. From 5 weeks pregnant I had sever Hyperemesis Gravidarum up until I gave birth. Medication didn’t help and I was bed ridden in an out of hospital constantly. Listening to the scriptures, prayers and doing the breathing exercises was what got me through. I listened to it multiple times a day and night. It was a way to invite God in when I had no strength. I listened to it during labour and my daughter is 4 months now and I still listen it. Amazing. Thank you so much for making this 🤍🤍

I used this app for both my pregnancies (third trimester) and during the birth of my second. I didn’t actively seek out Hypnobirthing resources but it was recommended by a doula friend. I am so glad she did! It centred and focused me while labouring at home.

This app gave me peace, comfort and restored my confidence. I appreciated I could listen to the affirmations and scriptures while doing other tasks as a busy mum or while I rested/went to sleep if I was struggling to sleep. It helped ease my mind when worries came and gave me a biblical centred focus as I journeyed with God through my pregnancy.

I’ve done both courses and using the app every night, I feel empowered by the stories, the scriptures. I highly recommend getting the courses and the app. I was very very surprised by the content of the postpartum course It was exactly was I was looking for. Thank you for creating this tool for women in faith

I could not recommend this app more highly, i am telling all my pregnant friends about it. i utilised the tracks during the last trimester of my pregnancy and then during my labour. I actually fell asleep during labour while listening to one of the tracks, that’s how relaxing it was! And once i arrived in hospital i had my favourites from the app playing. Every now and then i would zone into what was being declared and it would always be what i needed to hear in the perfect timing, I felt so close to God and was grateful I could keep renewing my mind on His truth. I had zero pain relief and an amazing labour. So grateful for this resource and for all the Lord did! 🙌🏻
