I cannot update the latest version. I already talked with CIMB Call Centre but they ask to check with Apple Store. Please assist.

Why i cant see my transfer history? Its 3days ago since i use the app and the history was gone.. i know its my bad cause im forget to screenprint first but... i really need the details of my payment.. please help me!!

I have to manually key in my clients' certificate number which is quite long..pls enable copy and paste..thanks!

There is no option to "sign up" and need a reader to start using. The app is as useful as the login that requires and the hardware/reader it needs to make it work...

I registered the device from CIMB to ease my sale transaction. Firstly when i ask the bank assistant she ensure iPhone user will enjoy the service. I install the app and try to make a transaction..voila it was successful. Then the app store promt me an update and i updated the app. Today when i try to make a transaction with( a customer in front of me )then a nightmare begin. The app unable to detect the reader!! Tried several times to unplug and replug but the issue still persist.I phoned the customer service and told her my problems and she put on hold for 6 minutes. Then she mentioned the app only supports til iPhone 5. I shared with her that i was successfully made a transaction earlier with the same iPhone 6. Totally a crap app and lousy customer service.
