Cinema City: Movies & Tickets

Łatwo wiem kiedy są jakieś filmy fajny wygląd aplikacji tylko kiedyś było w apce oferty z jedzeniem ale teraz nie umiem tego znaleźć

One of the worst apps I ever saw. 1) bunch of movies and documentaries you would see as currently showing do not have any actual active date in the schedule and you spend your time for nothing checking those advertisements. This is disrespect to your customers, as simple as this 2) once you switch from this app to another one (let’s say for 30 seconds cos you need to check your card details) the booking in progress gets closed 3) you pick up a seat, then you decide to check another day or time, and when you come back to your original choice, the seats you previously tapped are shown as occupied and will she showing so for next 15 minutes or so (while you have not actually booked them) 4) ridiculous service fee in the app that is not applied when one buys tickets in the office. You guys really have higher costs when doing another transaction online compared to paying a human cashier? This is not true and we all know it, the only thing you are getting with that service fee is keeping people off the cinemas 5) no Apple Pay option - seriously??

Próba kupna biletu kończy się wiecznie kręcącym się kółkiem. W kolejnej próbie miejsca są już nie dostępne. Zrezygnowałem po czterech próbach zakupu. Szkoda, że tak duża firma nie może zrobić dobrej i wygodnej aplikacji.

Zainstalowałem aplikację po to, żeby mieć dostęp do biletów, które zakupiłem. Okazuje się że nie można dodać do portfela biletów zakupionych poza aplikacją. Słabiutkie

Fatalny proces zakupu biletów. W trakcie rezerwacji aplikacja sama „wychodzi” z procesu rezerwacji i wybrane miejsca są już niedostępne.

I don’t like the fact that they use polish when you want to buy a ticket. It’s quite discriminatory for foreigners who don’t speak Polish

To jest to, wcześniejsze problemy z logowaniem przeszły do historii - wygodnie kupuje się bilety i świetnie wygląda

Improved login and finally cinema city card is in the app Great job!

Z jednej strony fajnie mieć bilet w telefonie z drugiej strony jak mam siadać i męczyć się z kupowaniem biletów w tej aplikacji to odechciewa mi się iść do kina. Pomijam już brak Apple Pay jako formy płatności… a w sekcji Na Ekranie nie ma wszystkich filmów.
