Badly implemented registration process - overkill, overkill, overkill
Buggy kludge!!! Sent detailed feedback. Doubt if I will hear anything back.
Archaic Application
Is this application from the early 2000s? Its archaic and crashes constantly.
Horrible app
Consistently drops my password so I have to request a password reset. Drops facial recognition. You can’t update your password via the app. Reset password via the website and now I’m locked out.
The worst
Log in and reset password buttons are the same color, in a wrong order. I can see people trying to log in and pushing the wrong button and have to reset the password. Every button, font and style is terrible.
App is as bad as Real manage
Fees for EVERYTHING! Doesn't take my zip code as if I don't know where I live. That's fine I'm not paying an check fee or credit card fee very poor app. I'd give 0 stars if I could. I'm deleting it.
Awful app
App is broken. Won’t show your account statement. Can’t make a payment. Interface is still got the iPhone 6.

You can’t make payments since the pay button does not display.
Redirects to their web portal
The existence of this app doesn’t make sense. As soon as I login it just switches to my browser application and logs in there. What’s the point?
