Have been to my local Circle K/Holiday gas station several times since signing up for the Inner Circle rewards program and none of my fuel ups/purchases have generated a qualified “visit”. Not sure what else I need to do, each stop fulfilled the “visit” requirement and I was sure to sign in with my phone number at the cashier but sill no visits have populated within the app. 👎

I downloaded the app a month ago because I happen to have a circle k near my job. Seemed like a convenient deal getting a few cents off gas every week. First fill up? No problem. Subsequently, not so much. I’ve visited several times, but it doesn’t show in the app. It just keeps saying “hmmm something went wrong try again later.” It’ll show me ads for whatever deal is happening in the store, but accruing any kind of benefit for filling up? Nope. So what’s the point of having the app?

For some reason they decided to hide the barcode behind some menus instead of being readily available at app start up

Having to navigate a menu is so clunky, I really have no idea why they changed it, it's confusing for customers as well and I've had to help several customers with finding their barcode

My local holiday store was bought out by circle k and they’ve been pushing hard to demolish the existing holiday rewards to the branded circle k app. It supposedly launched 8/24 for my store that I visit 5 days a week, sometimes twice in a day, so I downloaded the app for a seamless transition. Too bad the app doesn’t work, like at all. I visit daily yet it shows zero visits for my profile. I filled out the contact form for help and got some BS generic auto-reply in which I was told I would get 5 free visits for being a valued customer, however my account STILL says zero visits. I hate circle k app, bring back holiday rewards if you can’t even make your branded reward system function properly a full week after launching. It’s annoying enough that I’m considering switching to kwik trip for my daily coffee and breakfast… at least they have a rewards app that actually works.

I had been using there app for fuel rewards. I drive for a living. They tried to make there new reward program look like something special. You have to get a lot more gas now to get less off in rewards. For the time being. I’ll be looking elsewhere for rewards. There gas in my area is already higher than other gas stations. With gas prices right now. When you do the math with rewards and they charge more for gas. You’re not saving anything. Not surprised though…

One, two, three clicks to get to the bar code (no tootsie pop center).  Pretty ridiculous.  And the need to be connected to the internet, doubly so.  Our circle k is in a dead zone.  Guess it’s one way to lose loyal customers. 

Home Depot did the same thing recently, and I’ve barely shopped there since.  Been good for McCoys though.
