Worst Provider Ive came across
1. May 03, 2024 when I registered at Sydney Airport. The lady was not very thorough in helping me set up all that is needed to be set up. She said, i sent you an email, just follow the prompts. So, i downloaded the app to activate my account. It asked for the long number on the simcard. I typed it in correctly but I got an error message which i forgot. I asked myself “WHY IS THIS SO DIFFICULT TO ACTIVATE THE ACCOUNT?!!!” I let it go because I was getting service anyway. 2. After a week or two, i received the bill, so i neede to log in. I still was not able to log in because on the app the numbers that prepopulated were +65 and not +61. I contacted them thru email because THERE IS NO CONTACT CENTER to call and get answers directly😡. Anyway, I was given workarounds which took 4-5 days really because it was thru email WHICH DID NOT WORK. The email rep ended up advising me to call Apple customer service. SERIOUSLY???😡 3. Now going to my BILL. I am on a 15$ monthly plan. When I checked my bill, i got charged for doing international calls which i was not informed about. With my previous provider in New Zealand, if its not included in the plan, the call would not go through unless you buy the extra (and which is good because you have the option and knowledge). I got extra charge of around 134$. 4. I decided to TERMINATE MY ACCOUNT. This is an EXTREMELY BAD EXPERIENCE.
