Stay away from this bank. They have predatory policies written in the fine print. Save yourself the headache. Bank with Chase or Sofi instead.

Chat functionality is super glitchy, laggy, and slow to load. Push notifications for transactions randomly stopped working and customer support has no idea how to fix it.

Easy and convenient

I have three Citi credit cards and for whatever reason Citi decided to not pull my monthly payment for one of them and started spam calling me and charged a late fee. After I finish paying off these cards I will be closing all three. Go kick rocks, Citi

only uses sms texts for authentication. now with SIM swaps anyone with your phone number can hack your account. citi needs MFA

When I got this card it was the first one that I was able to get to start rebuilding my credit and I knew that they were going to hold my deposit for 18 months then when the time was up they still didn’t return my money and still have it and still aren’t going to return it to me and it’s been over 2 years now so I think it’s time to close my account with them. When I got the card I made every single payment and paid it off and its entirety each month. I got a card from another company and they refunded my security deposit after six months and gave me a raise in my credit. It’s time to get rid of the credit cards that aren’t working for and with me. I suggest not getting Citi bank cards and get one from another bank. Update…. Citi bank just closed my account for no reason and no warning DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID AND GET THEIR CARD!!!!

The WORST DISPUTE DEPARTMENT IN THE NATION!!!!!

I have had Citi for years, and had very few Disputes with Merchants. Then when I have one (and have all the evidence on my side), THEY STILL SIDE WITH THE MERCHANT! PARENTS WARN YOUR CHILDREN TO NOT GET CITI, and No One Else should get Citi As well. THEIR DISPUTE DEPARTMENT will ALWAYS SIDE WITH THE MERCHANT. It would not surprise me if they go Bankrupt in about a year or so. DO NOT TAKE A CHANCE USING ANY OF THEIR SERVICES, you should ignore them and their ads and just move on to other companies.
