Excellent stuff
If you’re looking to change things up at the gym and want workouts that will push yourself to get results, look no further. The workouts that citizen athletics creates are great and you’ll never be bored. They also have a library of programs to follow depending on what you are training for or if you have a certain injury. Each workout is tracked by reps, sets, and weights used. There are videos of each exercise and you can see your history for each exercise to see your progress or to quickly reference what weight to start at if you haven’t done that exercise in a while. It’s great! I can’t say anything negative about it!!
