On the surface, it's a fantastic tool for ensuring the safety of our children and ourselves. However, I was disappointed to find out that you have to pay to see the specific details of who these individuals are. I believe it's unfair and somewhat cruel to put a price on safety. Keeping our families safe should be a right, not a privilege that comes with a fee. While the app has potential, this paywall significantly detracts from its value. Not everyone has the access to pay for this. I just hope it isn’t my community or house in danger one of these days, because I’m genuinely not sure this app would actually get me the needed information. My final straw was when it sent a push notification about a plane crash, and then refused to load the story. After disconnecting from wifi, it still refused to load. After a bit, I restarted the app, and the story was nowhere to be seen. The only reason I still have this app is so that I can use notifications to seek OTHER SOURCES. Seriously, the only way to look at incidents is to click on the map which can be difficult especially if there are multiple things going on in the same area. Terrible interface, they need to fix it. I contacted them again a few weeks ago and have not heard back. Now a second location is being reported incorrectly.
