I’ll be honest. I quite enjoyed this game for a while and I was paying here and there for the packs and heroes. Got to VIP5. Then suddenly, due to a poor power balance design I get stuck in one of daily levels without an option of quitting it and getting back to daily menu (every time I would open that daily quest, it would be bring me to that level). So the level was not even supposed to be designed to lose it. After going back and forward with the support, the only piece of advice I got from them is to upgrade to the vip level needed to raid this level (finish it automatically), which would require another $200-250. I think it’s a first time the devs demand a customer to pay for the thing they messed up in the first place. Needlessly to say, I’m done.

I like this game quite a bit. Played from 2021-2023
Had a lot of play time. I was in the military at the time and got deployed from November 2022-May 2023 in which i stopped playing. Some time after my return i had got a new phone and saw this game in one of my folders and decided to play it again. Once the game loaded i notice that my characters were gone and there were way fewer servers to play on. I looked into it and found that they did a massive server merge during the time in which i wasnt playing. 

Now I get server merging and they do have account recovery which in my mind at the time was a breath of fresh air knowing i could potentially get my account back. However to be able to do that you need an Account ID, character name and server number, none of which i had or could remember. My apple ID was accociated with my account but since i cant remember the exact server and ID, restoring my account is pretty much impossible 

A simple notification pop up from the game itself indicating that a server merge will be taking place and any character data could be lost in the process and tell players to get account info and server numbers prior to the merging would have been helpful. Instead they post about in their discord, which most people are not apart of there for they wont know about it or send a message in the in game mailbox that again only current players will see.

This harms returning or players and deters them from wanting to return because they can no longer access the things they worked hard to get or purchased.

If you have a game where data is not shared between servers, there need to be more done to accommodate for new, current and returning players

We were in division 2 in Ace tournament, we got merge into division 1 when there is a great power difference between us (around 15M to 20M power) and older players from Division 1( 80M to 90M power), This is a joke, game mods should do something about, all money spend and time is worth nothing now if we can not do damage to older player which have way more time and maxed heroes! think twice before get this game. First months will be okey but then eventually you will be dump into division 1 and all your time and money will be for nothing.

I have been a consistent player of this game for a year and have played many gacha and I will say, I did enjoy this game for a while. However, it started going downhill when they went on a false advertising campaign a few months ago. This was followed by the game devs not seeming to care about their player base at all. For long standing players, there are a few competitive aspects of the game that keeps it fun and refreshing. With decisions made recently with matching older servers to newer ones, the game has become even more of a cash grab than it was before. I have spent money on the game and did not mind spending until recently, where if I don’t spend thousands of dollars to catch up to older servers, there is no point in playing. Newer players beware.

This is just like one of those millions of pay to win games with character rarity stars and gacha system.

There are a lot of games like this, and I mean a LOT. There isn’t really anything new or unique about this game. The graphics are ok, but not great. There are some features that are “coming soon”. There’s no tutorial, so you have to figure out everything on your own, but since it’s basically the same as so many other games like it, it’s easy to figure out.

However, there are many things I don’t like about this game that are either better or don’t exist in other games. For one thing, there are features locked behind global achievements, and there aren’t nearly enough players to unlock those features, so there’s a lot of the game that isn’t playable. The are modal all over the place begging for money. Every time you switch areas or anything, a modal comes up that you have to close. Dozens in a 10 minute session of playing the game. That is the main reason I uninstalled the game. There also doesn’t seem to be a way to customize your idle team. It seems to match the team you build for boss fights, but you have to go in to a boss fight to make the change, which seems odd. The game also constantly bugs you to tap the button to go to the next area or whatever (it changes depending on where you are), and continues to tell you to tap it even if your team is nowhere near strong enough to fight the boss. The game also got to a point where I couldn’t do anything because I had unlocked a new building in the city and it didn’t scroll into view and the game would only allow me to tap on the building that was off the screen, so I had to force quit and launch it again.

Between the bugs, lack of features, and constant nagging to buy things, I’m baffled as to how this game has a 4.8 in the App Store.
