City Tour Worldwide

No live location for buses which the website promises. Stops aren’t clearly shown on the map. In Mexico City the city tour buses are actually branded turi-bus, and no mention is made of this. Wasted 2 hours just trying to find where to board the bus.

We are in Madrid. The app shows the bus route so it has a good map. What it needs is a description of EVERY location, not just a handful of them. There should be a way to click on a stop number on the map and read about the location. They do not provide that info on the paper maps on the bus, either. We want to know what we are seeing and why we should visit the stops. The audio on the but is ok, but we miss a lot of info because they continue to describe the stop AFTER they pass it. I am very disappointed in this app

Pick-up times and locations are wrong, and app is buggy.

This app is slow. It stopped working for us after couple hours. It helped to see when the bus is arriving but they need to develop this app better for better usage.

You are better off with the paper map. Don’t bother the app does not monitor the busses and the gps location is not even close. If the app was a compass it would be more useful. I wish there was a minus star rating.

There were no live bus locations or anticipated arrival times as advertised. The routes were wrong. Pickup locations were wrong. Explanations of sights were out of date (especially the Christopher Columbus statue) and didn’t give much info. The tour was all in Spanish and no one offered us headphones to listen in another language. Also after I bought tickets through the app, the Turibus agents took 20min to find out reservations as several busses passed us. It was hilarious how nonsensical the whole thing was. I ended up looking things up on Google to give my family a tour. And it’s way overpriced. I do not recommend this tour to anyone

This app could be so much better. They promise real time tracking of the buses but it doesn’t have that functionality. Now, the app in Seville for sightseeing buses that one works!

I wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing tickets for our family. This tour and app were a complete waste of time and money. Terrible audio, no description of any of the sights, hot… just miserable. No words can describe what a disappointment this was.

Ждали на остановке #3 (Coloseo) около получаса, хотя заявлено что у нашего розового лучшее время ожидания. За это время прошло три красных, три зелёных и четыре автобуса в цветах итальянского флага IOBus. Ещё была пара коричнево- бордовых. А около 8 вечера, real time map показывает что два автобуса наших находятся в одном и том же месте, между 3 и 4. Походу, столкнулись.. Или- зацепили ь языками. Короче- дешевле на такси. Комментарии в наушниках тоже редкие и непонятные, по большей части музыка играет..развод по итальянски👹

At the first start the app asks the user to select the city. This takes a bit of time, which is fine since this should be done rarely. Then, after a few interactions with the map, the user is kicked back to the city selection, wasting time and frustrating this user.
