Look, there are countless delivery services out there. Just use one of those. I’ve ordered from citygrab a few times and you pay £3-£4 for delivery, only for whatever you ordered to take hours to come. Most recently I ordered lunch at 12:00pm, it is currently 14:45pm and they still haven’t managed to find a driver to pick it up. £3. For a 3 hour wait. It’s not lunch anymore, and by the time it arrives it may well be a midnight snack. Uber eats, just eat, deliveroo. All of these are cheaper if not a similar price for delivery, and they have reliable delivery times. Having spoken to a woman on the phone, who let’s just say didn’t have a voice for radio let alone customer service, I was told that they couldn’t find a driver and that was that, I’d have to wait. Just use something else, don’t waste your time.

Terrible delivery service over priced delivery don’t bother use a reputable company instead

Used to be decent, but hiking delivery charges to stupid amounts has changed that. I rarely use them now, not when I can have the same food delivered from the same places on a different platform for under half CGs price.

After an issue getting a delivery as it was slightly outside the radius, they called me back to update the app settings so that I could get my delivery. Really went over and above so I appreciate that. Good choices too!

An absolute rip off. Charged me £5.90 delivery for a place that was 1.5 miles away. Problem is this is a taxi companies app, so they literally charge you the price a taxi would be to pick the stuff up for you. Places a couple of miles away were £9-10 for delivery. AVOID.

Just used CityGrab for the first time and was very impressed with the ease of using the app, the choice of restaurants in Chesterfield and the speed of delivery. It was great to be able to support local businesses. Looking forward to my next order. Thank you CityGrab!

The app never works!!!! It has so much potential but it’s bloody rubbish half the time, we had a few good deliveries in the past but again stopped working & it looks like it’s blocked my card as well trying to order food this evening!!!! It’s deleted now. Bye!!!!!

Was fantastic help durning lockdown and whilst my kitchen was being renovated- happy to support the taxi drivers aswell during this crap time! Thanks for all the meals and for providing this service!

Always late and today had a total no show. Item was never even collected because they have no drivers. Never had anywhere as bad a service with just eat City taxis need to give this up as a bad job
