All my saved locations disappeared when I updated the app. Poof, just like that hundreds of them were gone forever. Hours and hours of meticulous work, for years, in the toilet.

However, the app has become so slow that it is practically useless anyway, so maybe it is not a big loss. Unless you’re one of those people who like that your apps laggggg.

Suddenly maps stop working. All pinned locations lost. I lost years of pinned locations across the world. The info section about restaurants and things to see, is out of date and fairly useless. Search is terrible. Having a map that works without Internet connection is great, but this one is completely useless and unreliable.

There are many great things to say about this app but I would like to point out the bugs and missing options, for the team to solve.

1. (Optimize) When zooming in and out on the map, the screen is lacking a bit. When used to Google maps or other maps this experience could be improved.
2. (Bug) When clicking “invite collaborator” in “My lists” and inviting my wife, I would expect us to be able to join the same list. She receives a link and is able to view the list in a browser, but there is no connection with the app. Actually when clicking the link she receives (link to the app), it opens in a browser and turns blank while it seems to load. But nothing happens.
3. (Wish) It would be SO nice if it was possible to get directions in the app or at least if it was possible to copy the address and then open it in another map (not Google or Apple). I want to use offline maps for saving data. Like TomTom, Waze or Maps.me.

Probably one of the apps I’ve used the most the past 5 years - it has helped giving me great travel experiences. Although I realised you can only share lists and not cities, so when my friend was going to Hamburg, I couldn’t just share my Hamburg highlights. Adding the possibility of sharing only cities would be a great add on.
