Must need proper updates on a constant basis as the app itself is full of bugs. Stops serving 10+ times a day while using 5 times only... That's terrible!

Absolutely terrible....been trying to call a branch for hours from overseas and never got through. Either make your app fully functional or equip your call centres to handle wider queries. Really disappointed and thinking about switching to other banks.

This is the most advanced and useful Baking App in Bangladesh.

Decent app if you maintain general banking accounts . But it’s mostly useless for me as my account is of Islamic Banking type. They should enable all features for Islamic banking ASAP.

This app is suppose to work internationally but it is just not opening when used outside the country. It is very annoying.

Mobile number is masked in profile info and cannot be understood which operator number it is. Some people have multiple numbers with the same last 6 digits. Please show operator digit also.

After a long 9 month use I find this app really helpful and its the 2nd most smooth app after cellfin. We can see usd endorsements in cards.
