অদক্ষ ও আনপ্রফেশনাল লোক দিয়ে সিটি ব্যাংক পরিচালনা হচ্ছে। গ্রাহকের তথ্য গোপন রাখতে সচেতন না এরা। ভরসার বিজ্ঞাপন না দিয়ে কর্মী দের উন্নত প্রশিক্ষণ দিন যাতে ওরা আরো ভালো ভাবে দ্রুত সার্ভিস দিতে পারে এবং গ্রাহকের তথ্য গোপন রাখতে পারে।
আমার কাছে সিটি ব্যাংক মার্ক ১০ এর মধ্যে ৪।

This app is the best one without any dubt. But I have one question why Americn Express donʼt Work with many merchant like Apple Pay or some other Countryʼs American Express Card or Any othet service. I tried to pay at Apple pay $2.99. But my card cut my money but donʼt add at Apple Pay.
