Your developers did an update 3 days ago and I haven’t been able to log in since, via the browser or the app. I called your support line and the person could offer no explanation for why this is occurring. They said they would call me back; that was 3 days ago and there has been no call back or update. I still cannot log in. I also submitted a support request and got an auto-reply indicating someone would get back to me within 1 business day. Two days later, I am still waiting for an update. Your system is garbage and support isn’t any better.

This app doesn’t work well. I haven’t been able to snap photos of my receipts for months now. I’ve reached out for tech support and was advised to delete and re-download the app which I’ve don’t several times now. However, I still cannot take any photos or upload any docs to submit my claims. (I’ve used the latest version of the app).
