Quite annoying, useless app with aggressive monetisation
About five years ago, we used this app in school kids used to study that time but discontinued its use shortly after. The app made it incredibly difficult to establish structured communication with tutors, resulting in a flood of useless emails. The process to communicate involved complex steps with codes, passwords, and QR codes. Even after five years, I am still receiving emails from this app. These emails typically say something like, "Hi, you have a message from this School-related Person, please see -> link." However, clicking the link leads to a series of steps including password checks, privacy policy confirmations, trial subscription proposals, and finally to the main screen, but never to the actual communication advertised in the email. If you are considering using this app in your school, think twice. Additionally, I noticed that the app stored children's photographs in their database. To download these photos, you had to grant access to your phone's photos and looks like to get a paid subscription to download them all at once. No way to claim photo removal. Clearly, email communication is much more convenient. If tutors sent photos and messages via email, there would be no need to install an app to view them. Most useless and annoying app i ever seen.
