They keep charging my credit card even I cancelled my membership and received a cancellation email. They refused to process any refund?? Very hard to reach to their customer service and the CS just keep repeating “there’s nothing i can do”. Biggest scam ever!!!

Is it that hard to make an app that doesn’t jam every single time like can’t even scroll up or down and had to constantly kill app and reopen

I swear this is the worst experience I had with any chat service. Not only agents are not helpful, I was kicked out of a chat in the middle of typing and still my issue was not resolved. I would give zero star if allowed.

If I don’t use all points within 2 months, points will be forfeited. What a user unfriendly policy!

Any schedule of adding traditional Chinese ?

1/ Members need to pay cancellation fee for late cancellation, but the studio can cancel classes without compensation any time, experienced cancellation 4mins before the class started, or even after the class have started, which means I’ve spared the time, got changed, appeared at the studio & no one was there 2/ Studios that are closed are still shown in the app & available for booking, which means again, you will be arriving at the studio & then no one is there. & the app doesn’t remove the studio even after you complained, they asked you to “report wrong info” instead. I doubt if this is on purpose to make using their service difficult 3/ After you complained for items 1-2 above, they will say they’re refunding the credits to you, but you still need to keep your monthly subscription if you’d like to use your credits. That means you will be having more & more extra credits while you don’t know how many more no show experience you’ve gotta have Do seriously suggest you to re-consider whether to subscribe with my very poor experience above. I don’t know when I can finish using all credits so I can’t cut my membership, unless I decide to give up some of my paid credits… An endless disastrous loop

The studio canceled the lessons 2 hours before the lesson starts. I received the email but it was in my spam and I don't receive any notification from the app. I have arrived at the studio already. The sudden cancellation ruined my day. And I could not leave a comment to the studio due to the technical problem of the App. And the AI could not response to my complaints. I wish I had not used this app to book the lesson as this experience was terrible.

Rubishh app with disappear credits. Theif with stealing money and no reminder.

I started with a trial and have used the credits to book classes. I decided to not renew the membership and canceled the renewal a day before. Then all the reserved classes were canceled by ClassPass. Very disappointed and won’t use it again.
